Compass is the gateway service for Lancashire and provides a single point of access to all floating support services across North Lancashire (Lancaster, Wyre & Fylde) and South Lancashire (Preston, South Ribble, Chorley & West Lancashire).
COMPASS supported 7400 clients between October 2007 and August 2013
97% of clients supported by COMPASS continued to live independently through receiving the service.

1359 clients completed a program of support between March 2012 and April 2013.
93% of clients who were at risk of homelessness maintained their accommodation and avoided eviction (compared to North West benchmark performance of 89%)
86% of clients with substance misuse problems were better managing these issues following receiving a program of support (compared to North West benchmark performance of 75%)
85% of clients experiencing mental health problems were better managing those problems following receiving a program of support (compared to North West benchmark performance of 84%)
